DUMB TAX Terms of Use and Sale

1. Product and purpose

The optional assessment has ten scored questions and two personalisation questions. Only the first ten answers affect the satirical verdict. The final two choices—whether the certificate is for you or someone else, and whether its message should tease or praise—select wording from a prewritten multilingual phrase library. This feature does not use generative AI. You can edit the suggested message, ask for another version or delete it before placing an order. The certificate may include a name or nickname, country or region, selected style and, if your package and selected design support it, an optional photo of yourself. Titles, archetypes, roasts, verdicts and rankings are comedy, not factual statements about a person.

Never use the output for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal rights or another significant decision about a person.

2. Eligibility and other people

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Do not bypass the age limit or upload a minor's photo. You may use another adult's name or nickname only when authorised and never to harass, impersonate or invade privacy or reputation. Publicly sharing a certificate about another person requires demonstrable permission.

In the default public mode, Mugshot Edition accepts only the buyer's own photo. A third-party-photo mode must remain disabled unless a separate permission, notice and takedown workflow is approved.

3. Order and contract

1. Before payment, we show the main features, plan and add-ons, total VAT-inclusive price, currency, delivery method and timing, technical requirements, trader identity and links to the applicable legal documents.
2. You can review and correct inputs before ordering. Optional items are off until you select them.
3. The order button unambiguously states that the order entails payment. Terms acceptance and any request for immediate digital delivery are recorded separately.
4. The contract is concluded when we confirm order acceptance and successful payment. No later than delivery, we send a durable confirmation containing the trader identity, order, price, legal-document versions, withdrawal information and the recorded declarations.

4. Delivery and requirements

The certificate is normally generated after successful payment. The package description at checkout states which downloadable formats are included; these may include PNG and PDF. You need a current browser, internet access and a device able to store the selected file formats. The delivery time shown at checkout forms part of the contract.

Private delivery is the default. A public share link is optional, off by default, unlisted/noindex and revocable. Enabling it does not authorise advertising use or model training.

5. Prohibited content and use

• no minors, intimate or sexual material, hate, threats, doxxing, fraud, malware or unlawful material;
• no photos, brands, copyright works or personal data without the necessary rights;
• no presenting the certificate as official advice, a tax calculation, credit score or psychological test;
• no scraping, security circumvention, reverse engineering, template resale or false endorsement;
• no targeted humiliation, harassment, discrimination or significant decisions about a person.

6. Licences

You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and grant us only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to validate, generate, deliver, support and—only if enabled—host the share link. After payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to download, store and share the delivered certificate non-commercially. Do not remove the satire disclaimer, resell or sublicense the template, imply endorsement or violate third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique.

7. Moderation

We may reject input, stop generation or disable a share link where reasonably necessary to protect a person, the service or the law. For a restriction on hosted content, we provide an appropriate reason and appeal route unless law or security prevents notice.

8. Liability and consumer rights

We do not promise that every joke will be funny, unique or suitable for every audience. Nothing excludes mandatory conformity remedies, non-excludable damages or liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful.

9. Law, language and changes

Slovak law governs, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in the country of habitual residence. The contract language is the checkout language and the accepted version is stored with the order. Slovak is the editorial master, but ambiguity is not construed against the consumer. Changes apply prospectively; the order remains governed by the accepted version unless the law requires otherwise.
