Withdrawal, Cancellation and Model Form

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the period normally runs from contract conclusion.

If you want immediate creation, we separately display the statutory warning and ask for your express consent to begin supply before the period ends and your acknowledgement that you have been informed about losing the withdrawal right when supply begins. We rely on loss of the right only when every legal condition is met and a durable confirmation has been delivered.

NOTICE: Throughout the applicable period, an easy and continuously available “Withdraw from the contract here” function must appear at Configuration pending — draft only. Email and the model form are additional channels, not substitutes.

1. Open “Withdraw from the contract here”.
2. Enter your name, order/contract identifier and confirmation email.
3. Review the notice and activate “Confirm withdrawal from the contract”.
4. You immediately receive a durable confirmation containing the notice and its submission date and time.

Digital conformity remedies remain available even if the 14-day withdrawal right has lawfully ended.
