Report Content, Moderation and Appeals

Report an unlawful, unauthorised, harassing or privacy-invasive certificate/share link at Configuration pending — draft only. The form collects the URL/ID, issue type, explanation, outcome contact and a good-faith statement.

We acknowledge and assign a case ID, then assess without undue delay. We may temporarily hide likely harmful content. Review covers illegality, privacy, IP and personality rights, harassment, minors, hate/sexual content, fraud and security.

• Possible actions: no action, visibility restriction, link deactivation, deletion, abuse blocking or legally required preservation.
• We give the affected user a clear and specific reason, legal/contractual basis and information on automation where law and safety permit.
• The user and reporter may appeal with new facts. Where practical, a person other than the sole original decision-maker reviews it.
• Abusive reporting or repeated manifestly unlawful uploads may be restricted through a proportionate documented decision.
